They did not have exactly what I ordered on line, however called me immediately to let me know and were very accommodating to fulfill my order with a comparable alternative.

I am out of state andcwas not able to make it home for a family members funeral. I found Hourans On The Corner Florist on a Google search and ordered a plant to be sent home. Within 25 minutes, I received a call saying the particular plant I ordered was not in stock but was assured they would compensate for something else nucecand add one flowers for color. I was okay with that and grateful for the quick call, as I ordered the plant to be delivered same day. I then received another call that I did not leave my name in the card. Again, I was grateful that the guy saw this and reached back out to me. The plant was delivered about 3 hours later, free of charge. Fast delivery!!!! And FREE?? Wow, that is almost unheard of these days. I was sent a picture of the pkantvfrom my family member and it was beautifully arranged, they added yellow flowers and ribbon. I am very happy with their service and will definitely use them again, as I often send flowers to people back home for different occasions. Thank you Hourans for a job very well done!!!!
